Personal information you share with us during your booking and stay at Apartmani Pirovac by Ante, during completion of the Client Consent Form, bank transactions, or the formation and execution of contracts between you and Apartmani Pirovac by Ante, will only be collected and processed as part of fulfilling our legal duties (such as data about employees managed by Apartmani Pirovac by Ante which we are required to collect under the Labor Law) or under contractual obligations to you, with your consent.

The data are kept for a period of two years following the client’s last interaction with Apartmani Pirovac by Ante. 

Original Client Consent Forms are securely destroyed after two years from the client’s last interaction with Apartmani Pirovac by Ante.

The persons in charge and the staff of Apartmani Pirovac by Ante with the right and permission to access the personal data gathered by Apartmani Pirovac by Ante signing the Confidentiality Agreement binds them to permanently protect personal data and to follow the current legislation and the policies of Apartmani Pirovac by Ante.
